Beijing Seven Days Tour

Day 1. Entry Beijing
Be met by private vehicle and English speaking tour guide from airport. Be transferred to hotel. Remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day 2. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Foot Massage
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am and transferred to Tiananmen Square. Walk around on Tiananmen Square -the biggest downtown Square of the world.
Then we will enter the Forbidden City from the north end of Tiananmen Square.
Forbidden City also called Palace Museum and is located at the center of Beijing. It was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Rectangular in shape, Forbidden City is the world's largest palace complex. Take sightseeing in Forbidden City along the central axis for 1.5 to 2 hours.
After lunch in local restaurant, visit Temple of Heaven. Built in 1420, Temple of Heaven is situated south of Beijing city. It is the best preserved and largest sacrificial building complex in the world. Have sightseeing for 1 hour.
Proceed to enjoy Chinese foot massage to have a leisure time.
Have dinner in local restaurant. Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 3. Beijing Hutong, Lama Temple, Summer Palace, Beijing Roast Duck
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am and transferred to Beijing Hutong -ancient city alley in Beijing. Many of them were built during the Yuan (1206-1341), Ming (1368-1628) and Qing (1644-1908) dynasties surrounding the Forbidden City.
Take rickshaw to visit the ancient Hutong including Drum tower, Local family, Shicha Lake and Bar Street.
Then we will visit Lama Temple for one hour. Lama Temple is a renowned lama temple of the Yellow Hat Sect of Lamaism and the only downtown Buddhism temple in Beijing. Lama Temple is a former imperial palace in Qing dynasty.
After lunch in local restaurant, visit Summer Palace -20 kilometers northwest of downtown Beijing. Summer Palace is the largest imperial garden of Ming and Qing dynasty. The whole Summer Palace covers an area of over 290 hectares including more than 3,000 buildings, such as halls, pavilions, towers, etc. Take sightseeing in this attraction for about one hour.
Taste Beijing Roast Duck for Dinner. Beijing Roast Duck is the delicious food in Beijing. Eating Peking duck is seen to be one of the two things you are absolutely supposed to do while in Beijing.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 4. Badaling Great Wall, Ming Tombs
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am.
Drive one and half hours to the famous Badaling Great Wall. Badaling is the most famous section of Great Wall, well maintained. It is easy to walk along this section of defensive project of ancient China. Take sightseeing on Badaling Great Wall for about 2 hours. Cable car is optional to get the top to have a bird view of the wall.
Drive 30 minutes to local restaurant with SICHUAN flavor to have Chinese lunch.
Drive 20 minutes to Ming Tombs to visit Changling, the largest one. Located 60 Kilometers north of Beijing, Ming Tombs consist of mausoleums of 13 Ming emperors. Changling is the most famous one. Construction of the Changling was started in 1409 and completed in 1427. Visit the tomb for one hour.
Drive back to Beijing city to have Dinner in a Mongolia-Chinese restaurant.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 5. Beijing Zoo, Beijing Planning Hall, Laoshe Tea House
Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 am. Drive to Beijing Zoo to see Great Panda.
After lunch in a local restaurant, visit Beijing Planning Hall This huge hall will show
you not only the 3000 years history of Beijing, but also the future planning of this city including some models of Olympic. Sightseeing in this attraction for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Drive to Laoshe Tea House to enjoy dinner and show.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 6. Free
You may explore the city by yourself.

Day 7. Departure
Be picked up from your hotel and transferred to airport for departure.
