Beijing Yangtze River Cruise and Shanghai Tour

Day 1. Entry Beijing
Be picked by private vehicle and English speaking tour guide from airport. Be transferred to hotel.
After a short rest in hotel, visit Forbidden City.
Be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 2. Beijing
Visit Badaling Great Wall, Ming Tombs.
Drive back to Beijing city to have Beijing Roast Duck for Dinner.

Day 3. Beijing
Visit Temple of Heaven, Lama Temple, Summer Palace.
Enjoy Beijing Opera in the evening.

Day 4. Beijing - Chongqing
Visit Beijing Hutong.
Be transferred to airport to connect flight to Chongqing.
Arrive in Chongqing and be transferred to hotel.
Visit the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo and the Residence of General Joseph W. Stilwell if time permits.
After dinner in a local restaurant, be transferred to cruise port.

Day 5. Yangtze River Cruise
Go ashore to visit Fengdu, the "Ghost City".
In the evening, you will be the guests at the captain's cocktail party.

Day 6.Yangtze River Cruise
Cruise through the two of the great Three Gorges: Qutang Gorge, framed by steep mossy cliffs and Wu Gorge, celebrated for its 12 peaks.
Then shore excursion to Shennong Stream. Shennong Stream is another tributary of the Yangtze River, and its fast-flowing, crystal clear water runs southwards through deep gorges.
Keep on sailing through Xiling Gorge, the last and most scenic of the Three Gorges.
Then we will pass through the five-step ship locks.
Enjoy farewell party in the evening.

Day 7. Cruise ship- Yichang - Shanghai
Take a Shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Site, which is the largest hydroelectric project in the world. Construction of the dam formally began in 1994. The body of the dam was completed in 2003, and the whole construction will be competed in 2012.
Arrives in Yichang at 11:30.
Be met by our local tour guide and transferred to airport to connect flight to Shanghai.
Arrive in Shanghai. Be transferred to hotel.

Day 8. Shanghai
Visit the Oriental Pearl Tower, Shanghai Museum.
Proceed to visit Yu Garden, the Old street of Shanghai and Nanjing Road.
Enjoy Acrobatic Show in the evening.

Day 9. Shanghai - Zhouzhuang - Suzhou
One day Suzhou and Zhouzhuang tour from Shanghai
ZhouZhuang is a Water Village with Criss-crossed waterways.
Suzhou is famous for the garden. Today we will visit Lion Grove Garden, Humble Administrator's Garden, Silk Factory.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the tour.

Day 10. Shanghai & Departure
Visit The bund.
Transferred to airport for departure.
