Usually we use the 5 star cruise ship: Century Star. This is deluxe 5 star cruise ships on Yangtze with spacious room and decent service. For sure, we also can arrange other cruise ship if century stat can not fit your timetable.

Cabin types and equipment
Most of 5-star cruisers have 1 or 2 presidential suites, several deluxe suites; some of which have balconies.
All the suites and cabins was equipped with remote-controlled satellite color TV, central air condition, acoustics, in-cabin IDD, private bathroom with hair-dryer and extension phone.

What does your price of the cruise include?

- laundry services are available on all cruisers, normally laundry sent out before 9:00am can be returned at the same day: those sent after 9:00am will be returned the next day.

Attractions we can see along the Yangtze River
Fengdu Ghost City ( or New Wanxian County) - Fengdu is where the devil lives, according to Chinese legend. They say that spirits go to heaven, and evil goes to Fengdu. The town is overlooked by Ming Shan Hill, home of Tianzi, the King of the Dead. The whole place has an eerie feel to it with deserted streets, tower blocks, empty shops and banks. The only people here are those who make a living from visiting cruise boats.
Shennong Stream - Shennong Stream is another tributary of the Yangtze River, and its fast-flowing, crystal clear water runs southwards through deep gorges. The stream races past large and small karst caves, flocks of swallows, sheer cliffs, deep gorges, waterfalls, three-colored springs, rapids, the ancient plank path, a suspended coffin in the cliff, groups of ancient tombs and marvelous karst formations.

Three Gorges Dam Site - Three Gorges Dam, the largest water conservancy project ever undertaken by man and it has been a dream for several generations of Chinese people. The construction of the dam formally began in 1994. The body of the dam was completed in 2003, and the whole construction will be competed in 2012. It will be 2,335 meters long, 185 meters high, 18 meters wide on the top and 130 meters wide at the bottom. Since Sep 1st, 2005, the first 1000 tourists each day get access to the top of the dam and enjoy different kinds of photo opportunities.

Is a ticket necessary to get on board after I make reservation?
Ticket is not necessary to get on board, our guide will help you go through check-in procedure. You just need to check in with your passport. Your names have already been input into the computer when we make reservation.

Difference between upstream and downstream cruise
- Usually, the downstream cruise is expensive than the upstream.
- The downstream sailings take less time;
- With the downstream sailings, the ship will anchor at midnight, and starts sailing in the early morning. The upstream cruise ship keeps sailing both at daytime and night. Thus the noise is much less with downstream cruise and you will have better sleep.

Spring and autumn are the best seasons for taking the cruise.

Dress Codes on Cruise Ship
All persons on the ship is on a vacation. So The Dress Code is casual. Shorts and t-shirts are fine.
There is usually a captain's welcome dinner in the first evening, and sometimes a farewell dinner on the last night onboard. You may dress comparatively formal.

Newest condition of the Three Gorges Project
The Three Gorges Project is the worlds largest hydroelectric power plant so far, which was started in 1994 and will be finished in 2012. Now the project has entered into its 3 rd stage construction, in this period, all the turbine generator units will commence generating electricity, and the entire hinge project will be successfully completed.

Can the staff on ships speaking English?
Yes, most of staff speak English. For all 5 star ships, there will be English-Chinese bilingual broadcasting system, and there will be a ship tour guide onboard speaking English.

Do I need a converter on board?
Most of the cruisers have both 220V and 110V outlets in the cabins. If you need an adaptor, please contact the room service on board.

I want to relax on my own instead of take part in the scheduled activities, it this possible ?
Yes, it is possible. It is all up to you. You can choose to join in all the scheduled activities or simply relax on you own.

- lunch and dinner: Chinese cuisine featuring set menu, table service and free soda and beer.

Doctors on board will offer you medical service and advice on health matter. Medicines for common cold and the digestive system diseases are available. If you suffer from an oversensitive allergy and chronic diseases, please bring your own medicine.
