2 Days Guangzhou Tour

Day 1. Arrival in Guangzhou
Private guide and vehicle of Chinatravelkey will meet you in the lobby of your hotel in Guangzhou.
Visit Chen Clan.
Built between 1890 and 1894 during the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty, This ancestral temple is the largest, best preserved and best decorated ancient architecture existing in Guangdong province. The temple used to provide lodgings for candidates of the Chen family who came to Guangdong to prepare for imperial examinations in Guangzhou. Hence it was also called Chen Clan Academy.
Move on to visit Xiguan Ancient Grand House, which was built by the rich and powerful families. These buildings are grand and bright with their halls and gardens combined with each other and decorated brilliantly.
Then we will visit Liwan Museum, the Museum of the Western Han Dynasty Mausoleum of the Nanyue King.
Enjoy the Cantonese Tunes and Cantonese Opera in Qingping Restaurant. Cantonese Opera is the traditional opera of our country. It is a theme worthy of research. We can investigate its origins, history and change. It is one of the largest drama classes in Guangdong.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the tour.

Day 2. Guangzhou, Departure
Be picked up from your hote lobby on the morning.
Visit the Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall.
The Memorial Hall is a a key historical relic sponsored by local people of Guangzhou and overseas Chinese. It is in memory of Sun Yat-sen, the great revolutionary forerunner. Located in the original site of the then Sun Yat-sen's Presidential Office, it was designed by Mr. Lu Yanzhi, the great architect of the country.
Move on to visit the Temple of Six Banyan Trees.
Situated on Liurong Road, it is a world famous ancient Buddhist temple built in 537 in the Liang dynasty during the Southern dynasties (386-581).
Visit Qingping Market. Located at the Qingping Road, Qingping Market attracts visitors from home and abroad for its collection of agricultural and sideline products. Travelers can find over 600 kinds of meat, poultry, fruits, seafood, flowers and birds.
Drive to visit Shamian Island.
Located in the Bai'e Pool in the fork of the Zhujiang River, Shamian Island is the most exotic place in Guangzhou.
There are more than 100 buildings in European styles; just like most small towns in Europe.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the tour.
