Itinerary

Day 1 : Airport to Guilin, hotel transfer

Be picked up by English speaking tour guide from airport and transferred to hotel.


Day 2: Hotel, Li River Cruise (Lunch)

Our tour guide will pick you up at about 8:00am at the lobby of your hotel in Guilin.

Then you will board on the tour bus to go to the Zhujiang Pier. Li River cruises start in the morning from Guilin and arrive at Yangshuo which is a fascinating little town after lunch. The section between Guilin and Yangshuo is the essence and the most beautiful part. The entire Li River cruise tour lasts about four hours. The flow velocity decides the exact arrival time in Yangshuo. Li River is one of the most popular and picturesque scenic spots in China. Gorgeous Karst peaks give you surprises at each bend of the limpid river under the blue sky. Water buffalo patrol the fields, peasants reap rice paddies, school kids and fisherman float by on bamboo rafts. With its breathtaking scenery, the scenery along the Li River become one of China's top tourist destinations. Moreover, it is listed as one of the world's top ten watery wonders by American's National Geographic Magazine. (Lunch included, Chinese style)




Day 3 : Free day in Yangshuo



Day 4 : Longji Rice Terraces

Our guide will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning.

It takes about 4 hours for bus trip from Yangshuo to Longji Terraces. We take our tour in Ping'an Rice Terrace. Longji Rice Terraces are located in Longsheng County where Yao and Zhuang ethnic minorities people live and is a little more than 2 hours drive from Guilin. Pingan Rice Terrace is the most famous rice terrace, named after the nearby village of Pingan. The terraced Fields in Pingan village show a picture of great momentum and imposing beauty. The best time for a good photo is in early June, when the paddies are pumping with water, the villages are transferring young plant of rice from the seed bed to large areas of rice terrace.

After the tour, transfer back to your hotel.



Day 5 : Free in Longji in the morning, Transfer back to Guilin

Our tour buses leave Longji for Guilin at 15:30-16:00. After the Longji tour, drive back to Guilin. End of service.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Please do let us know your full name on passport and the name you used to reserve hotel room; otherwise it is not easy for our tour guide to get in touch with you in the evening before tour date.
2. We will provide Chinese address of this hotel for your print when we confirm this tour. You may just show the address to taxi driver.
