Terms and Condition of China Hotels

Reservation
- You should be at least 18 to check into a hotel.
- Maximum total number of guests per room: 3
- Maximum number of children per room: 2
- The hotels do not guarantee bed type and smoking preferences unless specified.
- Hotel will charge extra day or half days¡¯s room rate for early check in or late check out.
- You need to contact our company instead of hotel to manage any change of reservation.
- Please contact our company if you need to extend your stay in the hotel. We cannot ensure the same rates if you extend your stay from hotel reception.
- We treat any reservation as serious business. We will arrange the hotel room according to the information you provided.

Rates
The hotel cost includes 15% service charge unless specified. Government Tax and City Construction Fee is not included. Personal expense in hotel is also not included in the room rates, such as Long-distance call, lundry, mini bar, etc.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in some hotels¡¯ room rate. But the breakfast is not refundable if breakfast is not taken.
