and Condition of Chinatravelkey.com Tour
Reservation Procedures
1. Review the tour details on our website Beijingservice.com.
2. Fill in
the requested information and send to us via email (travel@chinatravelkey.com)
or fax (0086-10-51667036) to reserve your preferred tour. Usually, Beijingservice.com
will confirm your reservation within 2 working days and send you our bank account
information or request you to send us your credit card information to guarantee
the tour.
3. Transfer the payment to our bank account in Beijing. Normally
the payment will reach our account 10 days.
4. You must provide your Credit
Card Authorization by fax to guarantee your tour reservation if you reserve your
tour less than 10 days before tour date.
Payment
Methods
1. Manage the payment in cash upon arrival if you take
a single city tour with small amount of payment.
2. Guarantee
the tour by credit card and pay us in cash in Beijing.
3. Guarantee the tour by credit card and pay us by credit card in Beijing.
4.
Transfer the
payment to our Bank Account after tour reservation confirmed. Please telegraphic
transfer the tour cost upon receipt of our confirmation.
5. The prepayment is necessary if you take a tour includs Yangtze River Cruise.
Quotation Includes
1. Private
vehicle in good condition (clean and comfort) in each city.
2. Professional
English speaking tour guide. The guide will accompany you to all attractions as
mentioned in itinerary.
3. The economy class domestic flight or soft berth
train between cities mentioned in the itinerary.
4. Double occupancy hotel
accommodation. The client should pay extra single room supplement if the client
request a twin room alone,
5. Daily western breakfasts in hotel.
6.
Chinese lunch and dinner with soft drink as mentioned in the tour itinerary.
7. Admission fee.
8. Application fee of Tibet entry permission.
Quotation Excludes
Visa fee.
International
air tickets to China.
Personal expense.

Passport and Visa
Please get your passport and visa ready one month before your trip to China. We
can provide invitation letter to help you to obtain your visa after the tour confirmed
and guaranteed.

including airlines, cruise company, hotels, restaurant. The suppliers providing
travel service for our tour schedult are independent instead of clerk of our company.
We are not responsible for acts or matter caused by the power beyond our
control such as weather, war, goverment acts, terrorism. But we will try our best
to help our travelers to escape from the negative effect.
