Day 1. Kunming-Dali
Head for Train station by yourself, you should arrive there 1h in advance, take night sleeper train to Dali, 4paxs in a cabin.
Please note: we will pass the train ticket to you one day before you depart.
Day 2. Dali
Upon arrival, the local guide will welcome you at train station,Then transfer you to check in the hotel.
Today's sightseeing starts with Three Pagodas Temple. With a history of more than 1800 years, Three Pagodas are regarded as the symbol of Dali city and recorded the Buddhism development in this area. They are located on the foot of the Cangshan Mountain and just on the bank of the Erhai Lake. Three ancient independent pagodas forming a triangle together, which are treasures in Chinese architecture history.
Then the Butterfly Spring, Butterfly Museum and Butterfly Garden.
Afternoon, enjoy a Cruise Tour on Erhai Lake and debark at Nanzhao Isle to visit its picturesque temples and pavillions.
Go on ferrying to the rocky eastern shore of the lake;
Visit of the local market in Wase Village is an enjoyable experience.
Finally return along beautiful lakeside road to explore the famous Dali Ancient City and its Foreigner Street.
Day 3. Dali-Lijiang
In the morning, Go on a spectacular mountain road trip to Lijiang(2400M above sea level) by private vehicle (200 km-about 3 hours).
On the way, stop to visit Xizhou Bai Minority's Residence and their Traditional Architecture Courtyard. With a history of more than 1000 years, Xizhou Ancient Town is one of the ancient towns of the Nanzhao Kingdom (738-937). It is a classic Bai ethnic town. Many Bai traditional architectures in Ming and Qing Dynasties are retained in the town. The most representative ones include the Residence of Yang Pinxiang, the Compound of Family Yan, the Compound of Family Dong and the Compound of Family Zhao, etc.
Then visit the village of Zhoucheng. There are 1500 families in the village. Most of the residences are designed in Bai traditional style. The houses are wood-earth structures with delicate carvings and flying eaves. Zhoucheng is also famous for its traditional Bandhnu (tie-dying) craft that can date back to the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties.
Upon arrival in Lijiang, take a short rest in hotel and enjoying yourself leisurely in Dayan Ancient Town.
Day 4. Lijiang
Drive to the whole year snow-covered Jade Dragon Snow Mountain with White Water Riverand and take cable car up to discover Dragon Spruce Meadow;
Enjoy one of the view of the much famed 13 peaks on the Dragon Snow Mountain.
In the afternoon, Descend and continue to visit Baisha Ancient Frescos in BaishaNaxi village,the frescos show a rich fusion of Han Buddhism, Daoism, Tibetan, Bai and Naxi Lamaism which was a tremendously powerful art of The murals done in early Ming Dynasty.
Enjoy the show called Impression Lijiang.

Day 5. Lijiang - Shangri-La
Depart Lijiang early in the morning to take a 3-hour drive(76KM) alone hillside road to Qiaotou village;
On the way, visit the beautiful high plateau fresh water lake Lashi Lack.
After lunch at the town, you will start your journey to the Tiger Leaping Gorge. Between Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Haba Snow Mountian, Tiger Leaping Gorge is one of the deepest gorge in China. It has a vertical height of 3900 meters. Wedged tightly between titanic cliffs, the river is so narrow here. There are 21 rapids, 7 places where the water of the Golden Sand River drops 10 meters and 10 waterfalls. The gorge enjoys the fame as being queer, perilous, sublime and magnificent in the world. It is the perfect place for hikers.
Start your trek on the up trails in the gorge along a path from which you could see Yangtze River literally leaping¡± through the narrow gorge.
After about 1.5 hours trek trip, Continue the way to Shangri-La.
Day 6. Shangri-La
After breakfast, Drive 30KM to visit the Pudacuo Scenic Region with Shudu Lake and Bita Lake. about 22 kilometers east from Shangri-la, Pudacuo National Park is an inseparable part of the Three Parallel Rivers-a world natural heritage. It mainly consists of Shudu Lake, Militang Pasture and Bita Lake. The eco environment is well preserved with marsh, lakes, virgin forests, brooks, springs, rare fauna and flora resources. Lots of wild lives live in the park such as wild boar, musk deer, leopard, pheasant, and different species of birds.
Then sightseeing Summer Pastures at Napa Lake. It is surrounded by snow-capped mountains at three sides. Napahai Lake is plateau seasonal lake. Every September, It becomes one of the favorite habitats of black-necked cranes. Other migrating birds such as white cranes, bar-headed geese, yellow ducks, and sheldrakes also can be seen looking for food in marshlands near the lake.
VisitTibetan Village& try family made Yak butter Tea and Tibetan Cheese.
Finally, pay a visit to the ancient town of Shangri-La.
Then drop you off at the hotel in Shangri-La.
Please Note: People who want to depart from Lijiang, can use our bus back to Lijiang without extra pay.
Day 7. Departure
In the morning, Check out by yourself before 12:00, head for you next destination.
