Beijing Walking Tour to Liulichang Area and Dashilan area

English speaking tour guide will meet you in hotel lobby at 08:30 am.

Arrive Liulichang Area to start our walking tour. Liulichang Antique market is a famous antique market originated from Qing Dynasty. Walking along Liulichang street, you will find many ancient style shops for ancient paintings, calligraphy, books, old coins, rubbings, ink stones and ink, etc.

Among the shops, Rongbaozhai (Studio of Glorious Treasures) is the most famous with a history of over 200 years. the craftsmen here used traditional technique of woodblock color printing to reproduce many internationally renowned reproductions of Chinese paintings.

Then visit Dashilan area and nearby Hutong area.

Visit an Old Beijing Museum. By the dough figurine making, the museum displays the vivid scence of 13 representative traditional shops in old Beijing city, including the shop of tea, pastry, musical instrument, silk and big-bowl-tea, etc.

Back to your hotel after the tour. (Lunch)
