Guangzhou One Day Tour of Shitouji Mineral Park and Langtou Ancient Village

Be picked up from your hotel by private tour guide and vehicle at 08:30 am.

Drive to visit Shitouji Mineral Park. Shitouji Mineral Park is the the first garden with minerals as its theme in the world. It is located in Jewelry City Of Huadu District, covering an area of 46, 000 square meters. The park consists of two parts, Stone World underground and Stone Carving Park on the ground. Over 2000 kinds of mineral species are exhibited in the park. There are also many many stone artistic and cultural works, such as Imperial Jade Seal, Manchu Han Imperial Feast, Sea of Dreams, etc.

Visit Yuanxuan Taoist Temple. Built in 1998, Yuanxuan Taoist Temple is the center of Taoism activities in Guangzhou Province. The main building is Sanqing Palace, built with the style of ancient temple of heaven. The bell tower and drum tower stand on both sides respectively. The central hall is covered by yellowish glazed tile and brightly colored pictures. 3 saints of Taoism are worshiped in the hall.

Then visit Langtou Ancient Village. Langtou Ancient Village was originally founded in 1367. It is one of the largest ancient villages in Guangzhou Province. There are still 200 well-preserved black brick buildings in the village, including 30 bookrooms, 20 ancient alleys and 3 blockhouses. The buildings are well decorated by elegent stone carvings, brick carvings and wood carvings.

Be transferred back to your hotel after the tour.
