Day 1. Arrival in Lanzhou
Be met by private vehicle and English speaking tour guide from airport.
Be transferred to hotel.
Remainder of the day is at leisure.
Day 2. Xiahe
Be
picked up from your hotel by English speaking tour guide and private
vehicle. Be transferred to Xiahe and check in the hotel.
Visit the Sangke
Grassland and a Tibetan Family. Sangke Grassland is bordered by the
Daxia River and famous for its excellent pasture and frequent magnificent
Buddhist ceremonies. Lush green grass and colorful flowers form a natural
carpet covering this expansive area. Groups of sheep and yaks plus white
tents form a beautiful picture.
Be transferred back to hotel after tour.
(Breakfast, Lunch).
Day 3. Xiahe - Lanzhou
Be picked up from your hotel by English speaking tour guide and private
vehicle.
Visit the Labrang Monastery.
As one of the six great monasteries
of the Gelukpa (Yellow Hat) Sect, Labrang Monastery is Tibetan Buddhism's
most important monastery town outside Tibet itself. It is famous for
thousands of statues of Buddha made of gold, silver, copper, and aluminum.
Seven large-scale summon ceremonies are held a year here.
Be transferred
back to Lanzhou.

Day 4. Departure from Lanzhou
Be picked up from your hotel by English speaking tour guide and private
vehicle.
Visit Ancient Water Mill. Water Mill is a kind of ancient implement
for irrigating at past. This Mill Wheel was imitated by Lanzhou Government
for reappearance. It is made up of Waterwheel with double wheels, round
weir, water grindery and Kursaal.
Be transferred to airport for departure.
