--There is an airport in Nanjing. It is Nanjing Lukou International Airport. Located in Lukou Town, the airport enjoys convenient transportation and serves as one of the key airports in China. It now services to 45 domestic cities and 12 international cities, including Hong Kong, Macau, Bangkok, Singapore and Seoul. There are fifteen boarding bridges in the terminal building.
--Nanjing have three train station, they are Nanjing North Railway Station, Nanjing West Railway Station and Nanjing South Railway Station. Nanjing North is presently the main train station. You can come to Nanjing by train.
--Bullet train is faster than regular trains. It runs between Nanjing and Shanghai stops at Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou. It is one of the busiest high-speed rail sections in China. It takes about 2 hours and 20 minutes to travel from Shanghai to Nanjing. Some of the trains go on to Hangzhou.
Internal transport: Taxi in Nanjing is convenient and fast. The taxi fee is always under ten yuan, and you can get around the city within twenty yuan. Getting around by bus is an economic way for travelers, too. There are tourist bus routes that are marked with the Chinese symbol for the word travel that go mainly to the tourist spots.

·Nanjing International Plum Blossom Festival is celebrates in February 25th to March 10th every year. This annual festival showcases the plum blossom garden on Purple Mountain in the eastern part of Nanjing, and nearby attractions such as Ming Emperor Tombs, the Sun Yat- sen Mausoleum and Cultural Garden. There are about 35,000 plum trees to see in the big 101 hectare or 250-acre plum tree garden. It is called the King of Plum Blossoms. So you can see old plum trees and young ones, the miniature ones in the Bonzai Plum Tree exhibition, and big ones bearing big fruit.
·JInling Lantern Fair has become a tradition passed down from generation to generation since Ming Dynasty. Each year from the first day of the lunar January the lantern fair celebration is held in the area surrounding Fuzimiao.
Spring outing Festival is held in April fifth every year. It has begun since the Eastern Jin Dynasty. Residents would hang the blossom of shepherd's purse at doors, stoves and beds, and women were used to wearing it on their head to avoid disasters and illness.

Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum: Dr. Sun Yat-sen is considered to be the Father of the Republic of China and the forerunner of the Chinese Revolution. The Mausoleum is located at the southern foot of Purple Mountain in Nanjing. The main buildings were built on one central axis, along which the mausoleum rises gradually and squarely: marble dolmen, the pavilion, sacrificial hall and coffin chamber will come into view one by one, and perfectly demonstrate traditional Chinese architectural styles.
Confucius Temple: It was originally constructed in the year of 1034 in the Song Dynasty and was a place to worship and consecrate Confucius. The area around the temple consists of a series of tourist shops, snack bars, restaurants and tea cafes. They all appear to be in the architectural style of the Ming and Qing style. Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum: is the the biggest imperial mausoleum in China, was built as the tomb of Zhu Yuanzhang, the first emperor of the Ming Dynasty and his wife, and has a history of some 600 years. It is located at the southern foot of Purple Mountain. The construction of this mausoleum took 17 years. Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum was listed as a site of World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 2003.
Memorial Hall to the Victims in the Nanjing Massacre: The Memorial Hall to the Victims in the Nanjing Massacre was built by Nanjing Municipal Government in 1985. This memorial hall accounted all the crime of Japanese army in Dec. 13, 1973. It is located in Jiangdongmen, one of the execution sites and mass burial places of the massacre. Solemn and imposing, the grey marble architecture consists of three parts: the outdoor exhibits, the remaining bones of the victims and the exhibition hall for historical documents.
Zhonghua Gate (Chinese Gate): is the south gate of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. It is a precious cultural relic in Nanjing. Zhonghua Gate is the biggest castle-style city gate in China and a structural element of the most complicated castle in the world. Its castle magnificent scale, delicate structure and the great making skill made it an important place in China's military and architectural traditions.
